Dr. Kimberly Maich
Professor
Dr. Kimberly Maich, PhD (Cognition & Learning), OCT, BCBA-D, C Psych (Professor, Memorial University of Newfoundland) is a special education specialist, certified teacher, board-certified behaviour analyst (doctoral), and clinical/registered psychologist. Before moving to post-secondary settings, she spent most of her career as a resource teacher in K-12 schools. She also worked as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Co-ordinator with McMaster Children's Hospital. She was a tenured Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at Brock University before moving to Memorial University where she is a full, tenured professor. She has lived from coast-to-coast in Canada from Vancouver, BC to St. Anthony, Newfoundland & Labrador and now makes her home with her family in beautiful Logy Bay, Newfoundland & Labrador where she has a private psychology practice. Kimberly is a proud parent to 3 neurodiverse adults, grandparent to 2 rambunctious grandsons, and dog-mom to 2 rowdy puppies.
